Survey and Sales

Tokamak Solar will survey, pre-sale education and sales with a trained team that has been trained in general construction. Our sales team will go through each individual to check the clients unique situation, come up with a solution that will satisfy the client's unique situation.

During the survey, our team will take the necessary measurements, images and information that will help our design the team after sales is complete.

During the sale process, our team will educate the customer with different options and how solar systems work, different types of solar panels, power storage and benefits of each different solar panel system.

Solar System Design

Design team will take the measurements, images and other information provided by our sale team to design the best solution for the client. The solution will include information for the client as well as the town needs for necessary permits.

Since there are multiple different organizations involved in the process of integrating solar systems, design team will be specific. We will apply for the necessary permits, add and update any necessary suggestion by the town for the safest handling of your new solar system.

Solar System Installation

Tokamak Solar installation team leader will oversee the installation process as the team completes the installation. Installation team leader will convey any issues with the installation with the client and/or the office to over-come any issues.

Once the installation is completed, Installation team leader will give the necessary information to the client as well as relay any information back to the office. Once installatin is completed, our office will work with the team leader, town and the client to schedule the inspection for the permit.

Maintenance

Once solar panel installation is completed, user will be given information about the best way to care and maintain the system. The package will also contain the system design, safe handling of the system and maintenance notes. Package will contain how to contact the Tokamak Solar office in case of an emergency. Tokamak Solar guarantees the workmanship and has warranties for all products that is installed.

Every product in the design and installation of the solar system will be verified, and it will meet all government agency requirements within the United States.
